1997
The 10th year kicked off with the first annual Celtic Medieval Banquet, complete with a king and queen, jester, jugglers, and sword swallowers. The World Invitational Caber Championship was added to the Highland Games and the fiddle competition was added, won by Matthew Burke of Douglassville. The pipe bands competed for the first time in a graded competition.
