1998
The festival grounds were expanded to include the Monocacy Moor site. The first Celtic Dog Breed exhibition was held. In cooperation with The Theatre Outlet, Allentown, “The Cripple of Inishmaan,” a one-man show by Tom O’Carroll, was presented. Ryan Vierra captured his third consecutive Celtic Classic Championship.
