Join the Cultural Outreach Committee Member and King Arthur baker Bethany Carrigan in an interactive Celtic Holiday Treats cooking class. Make classic Welsh Cakes and learn how to make Scottish Shortbread and Irish Freckle Bread, better known as Tea Brack.

We will make and eat Welsh Cakes, try Shortbread and Tea Brack and go home with ingredients and recipes to make your own. Come join us for a fun evening of Celtic baking and holiday cheer.
