The Celtic Classic is always looking for Food Vendors with quality products to offer our visitors. The Celtic Classic averages more than 200,000 visitors during the festival weekend.
If you have a unique or interesting menu, and would like to be considered for Food Vendor space, please read the instructions below. Space is limited so we advise that applications are submitted as early as possible.

- Traditional Celtic menu items are always preferred, but not mandatory.
- Trucks & trailers cannot be accommodated at the Celtic Classic. In most cases, Food Vendors are situated under large, shared tents.
- Spaces are approximately 15’w x 15’d.
- When spaces become available, vendors are chosen by a committee based on uniqueness of menu, food quality and overall booth presentation. Celtic menus will always be shown extra consideration.
- Vendors pay booth fees and other costs of approximately $350, security deposit of $300 and 30% of sales.
- The Celtic Classic does not duplicate menu items amongst existing vendors whenever possible to create an interesting variety of choices to our visitors and a more profitable event for our vendors.
- Please note: We do not have spaces available every year.
- Due to the large number of submissions received, we do not contact applicants on the status of the application. We only respond to applicants that have been chosen to participate.
